1. Data minimization
Buyer registration uses an email address and account credentials. Creator verification requires additional identity and age evidence necessary for marketplace safety.
2. Private storage
Original media, delivery files and KYC evidence are stored outside the public web root. Access is permission-checked and sensitive review links are signed and short-lived.
3. Operational records
The service records purchases, payment status, moderation decisions, reports, disputes and administrative actions so access and financial decisions remain auditable.
4. Retention
KYC evidence is scheduled for deletion according to the configured retention period unless an active dispute, legal hold or compliance obligation requires longer preservation.
5. Blockchain visibility
Blockchain transactions are public by design. Wallet addresses and transaction IDs may remain visible permanently on independent networks and explorers.
6. Your choices
You may request account assistance or report a privacy concern through the reporting form. Some transaction and compliance records cannot be erased immediately.
