Accounts & privacy
3 practical answers
Why is the marketplace private?+
Catalog pages, creator profiles and protected previews require a signed-in adult account. Public visitors see only general information about the service.
What information do buyers provide?+
Buyer registration requires an email address, password and adult eligibility confirmation. Buyers are not asked to submit KYC documents during ordinary registration.
Where are originals and KYC files stored?+
Sensitive media and verification files are stored outside the public web directory. Access passes through account, role and signed-link checks.
Payments & access
5 practical answers
Is there a subscription?+
No. Content uses one-time pay-per-unlock pricing, and custom requests use a separately funded budget.
Which cryptocurrencies are supported?+
The administrator can enable BTC, ETH, SOL, LTC, DOGE, USDT and USDC across the configured networks and receiving wallets.
Why is payment verification manual?+
An administrator checks the asset, network, amount, receiving address and transaction ID on-chain before releasing access.
When will my content unlock?+
The item appears in your private library after the submitted transfer is confirmed by an administrator. Pending or mismatched transfers remain locked.
Can blockchain payments be reversed?+
Normally no. Always verify the asset, network, amount and destination address before sending. Any approved refund is a new blockchain transaction.
Creators & content
4 practical answers
How does creator verification work?+
Creators submit an identity document and a recent selfie for local manual review. Publishing remains disabled until identity, adult age and liveness are approved.
Are previews public?+
No. Protected previews are available only within the signed-in marketplace and original files require explicit authorization.
How are creator earnings calculated?+
The platform records the gross amount, configured commission and creator net amount for each confirmed purchase or approved custom request.
How do payouts work?+
A verified creator configures a valid wallet, reaches the minimum available balance and requests a payout. The administrator records the payout transaction ID.
Custom requests & safety
3 practical answers
How does a custom request work?+
A buyer chooses a verified creator, writes a detailed brief, selects a budget and funds the request. The creator accepts, delivers securely, and the buyer approves or disputes it.
What happens during a dispute?+
The administrator reviews the original brief, protected delivery, payment and submitted reason, then decides whether to release earnings or authorize a buyer refund.
How do I report prohibited or unauthorized content?+
Use the Report Content form available in the footer. Reports become tracked moderation cases and may be submitted without attaching identity documents.
Choose the right next step.
Members can open a private support ticket from their account. Safety and rights concerns use the tracked public reporting form.
